Adding a new emergency vehicle is possible now.

Just a quick note: SirenSetting 1 also works for FBI2, so basically all of the Granger models.

Anyone mess around with 3, 8, 11, or 12?

Could someone give me carvariations colors numbers for the Stanier, i added the 2nd Generation and Interceptor as Civilian but when it spawn its only on white color.

And the right Light Settings for the two cars too.

Okay so i tried adding a new police car (Zentorno Highway Patrol) which has lights, so i did the steps needed for example adding the vehicle to vehicles.meta, and when i spawn it ingame, it has a normal horn like a non-emergency car, any ideas guys?

Try to add "FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT" on the flags section of your added car on the vehicles.meta, This flag means the car will have police horn and can be spawned through dispatch.meta if you already added the car to dispatch.meta.

I assume you're forgot to add the siren lights setting, It is required if you're trying to add a emergency vehicle, Please add this lines on the end of the lines on your added car in carvariations.meta.

<sirenSettings value="1" />

Then, You're good to go.

add the interiors/sirens to the respective meta
use the rage hook command line to spawn?
is there anyway to spawn them via a menu?

I ask all of this because going through the four pages of this topic, I want to try and figure out how to get lspdfr to work (yes first timer here)


READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODS..THEY'RE CALLED READMEs   AKA read me for a reason

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.

yes you need to spawn it by command, because the trainers and menus have a list of the vehicles and your added cars will not appear.

what should I put for the cvpi? on 1 it gives 2 lightbars overlapping each other

Do you mean it has overlapping lights or that both lightbars are actually spawning on the car? If the latter is the case, check the vehicles.meta entry for the model you're using and make sure it doesn't have a FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL entry on the flags line. Otherwise, it was probably designed to use the settings for the original cruiser, meaning you should set it to 13.

You should not use audio hash from other vehicles aside from police vehicles, It's siren sound will not working properly, It's not possible yet to edit the audio hash, For work around you should use "Police", "Police2", and "Police3". This will add siren sound on said added police vehicles, But it will have different engine sound.

so I have a texture/model that would replace police4 and I want to make it standalone. Do I just copy the police4' (where to find them?) vehicle/carvariations.meta lines and change the name to police5? And then name the .yft and .ytd also polic5 and add them to vehicle.rpf? And then I can spawn the car with "spawn police5"?

Are we sure changing the below in carvariations.meta actually does anything? Reason I ask is because I forgot to modify it for a standalone car I installed and left the code below, but the multiple liveries still work ingame.

Make sure set one of them to true otherwise the textures will clips on the vehicle.

Hi, I just noticed that all my added vehicles in mpchristmas2 dlcpack looks like matte paintjob but if I change them to x64e look good. Any one knows why?
