Does anyone else like GTA 4's driving more than 5's?

The handling in IV is very, very heavy. I'm pretty sure it is that way because the dev wanted to give a realistic feeling to the cars in the game, though in my honest opinion, GTA is not about realism. I clearly prefer the handling in V because the cars actually have brakes and acceleration, and are not crashing in a wall at every turn at high speed. Also drifting is easier, and that's even better.

The only thing I regret on V is that all the cars seem bridled to not go higher than ~120MPH, which is a shame, but probably understandable (the less fast the cars go, the longer the travel seems to be, the bigger the map seems to be).

yeah ! I can´t stand arcadish V driving, it was pissing me of since I saw it ! Now I´m using modded handling and can´t imagine playing without that ... it also increases the car damage ... but still nobody made GTA IV like driving yet, not even a realistic one ... so i´m using snowday cheat when I patrol ... eventhough accelaration is ridiculously weird (like on snow) but overall handling is very similar to IV´s driving, car feels very heavy on the road ... I use this mod for car damage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Za_MYH3vD0M download link is in the description ...

This is also the main thing I dislike about GTA V's handling, but I believe GTA IV was no different.

I have a handling line that combines them both and I fell like it is the most realistic driving I have ever had compared to real life driving. Car's drift better, and the weights are appropriate for the vehicle size. Crash deformation is a bit sensitive but realistic overall. When it comes to GTA, I prefer a more realistic game than an arcade game, which GTA V vanilla handling line is. GTA IV and V vanilla handling lines are to be honest, complete laughable jokes.
