Does Lcpdfr work in GTA SA?

I just got the gta sa game for free for preordering gta v pc through your guy's steam link on facebook

and watching a demo of it I remember way back I used to play it and I loved it especially since the spotlights actually worked

and I still remember everywhere in the game where everything was.

but my question is can I still use lcpdfr 1.0d(which is great and I love it) in gta sa like I do in gta iv?

sorry if this has been asked before but I just wanted to make sure it was possible to use lcpdfr in my free gta sa game.

and is there any mod out there like snt(simple native trainer) for gta sa that enables the never wanted cheat, etc. on startup? 

My plugins by me are on this site in addition to my own site as well.
