The vehicle livery looks interesting.  I noticed most of the pictures are black & white vehicles now. 

 

Just wondering because the B&W vehicle livery actually looks pretty neat. I saw a picture of black & white tahoe with black dome/glass top lightbar and that gives it a mean look strangely.

I don't think I'm allowed to skin that one..

 

Quick questions about the skin though, is that just an LAPD seal? And what does it say on the side of the car in small italics?

I can find another. I think so. I think it's "To Proctect and serve." And under the seal I think it says port police. Finding pictures was hard so I'm unsure.

You can look at 2 Hi-Res photos of the crown vic.   You can't see the whole design,  but should get a good idea from the different angles that are shown.
