hey guys i noticed i became a detective today so that is kinda sweet. so i figured i'd say thanks to everyone for letting me join up here. i really love the community and the forum itself. i truly believe LCPDFR is the greatest game i've ever played and i'm tickled pink to be here i am also learning some new things while i've been here too so i'm excited that i can actually help some of the very new guys when the techy guys aren't around. also if i give some bad advice please message me and correct me. the advice i can give is very limited so i think i'm good as far as i know lol.

 

i am trying to sprout out to new parts of the forum, but i don't wanna post in spots i don't feel comfortable..basically that means some parts of this forum i have no idea whats goin on  also its killing me not being able to talk to people so i will be trying to get teamspeak set up this week.

 

thanks again everybody..oh and thanks to ma only friend jmbourg. he has been helping me quietly here and there. and on a random note, i think i live very close to idad99. he talks about the dayton airshow alot and i live like down the road from there. maybe we can play multi sometime. woohoo!!

Selfridge ANGB, home of the 127th A-10C Warthogs - KC-Stratotanker "Red Devils".   Located in Mount Clemens Michigan (about 20-miles north of Detroit, right on Lake St. Clair).  About 10-years ago they were flying F-16C - Blk-52, but switched to the current AC sometime between then and now.  

 

They have an excellent airshow during the summer with lots of static military and flyable AC you can sit in or walk around in (B-17 you can get inside to take a look and take a ride).

EDIT:  A 127th two wing flight of F-16Cs, out of Selfridge, were one of the first AC directed to try and intercept flight-127 (I think that's the flight that crashed into the Pennsylvania field during the 911 attacks).  Supposidly unarmed though, they were doing practice TARCAP exercises down near Lake Erie.

 

Anyhow, Love the A-10s...almost as much as the F-16C variants.

nice. I always liked the C-130 myself. U ever see the largest plane? The one they have in Ukraine? That is one monster plane.
