Try one of these. If the car leans in or flips with the 1st handling, try the second one. That has a lower center of gravity. If none of them seem to work properly, let me know.

May I suggest that you do some 2014 and earlier Explorer handleing lines? It seems to be you cover many common police cars except for the Explorer.

I don't know of any unlocked 2008 Silverados, however there's a pretty good one here:

Hi, Sgt Kanyo. I'm using kinksta's E350 Ambulance, but it's handling line isn't really that optimized. I've tried a bunch of other handling lines, to no avail. If you could optimize the handling line/fix it, I'd be very greatful.
