That actually doesn't help. It says Vancouver was lead on the whole game, but not if the port was done by someone else or if so, who.

    I believe Toronto and Vancouver (One of which did GTA IV and the other did Max Payne 3) were merged.

     

    Edit: Toronto ported IV, Vancouver ported MP3. Vancouver was merged with Toronto, and is now porting GTA V.

     

    Edit Edit: Well, I can't really find anything that says Vancouver ported MP3, but regardless they are one and the same now.
