Milwaukee man broke into the home of a 101-year-old woman and raped her in her bed during an attempted burglary, according to a criminal complaint filed on Tuesday.

Antoine Devon Pettis, 20, was charged with burglary, aggravated battery and second-degree sexual assault in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, where a $100,000 bond was set for him on Tuesday, court records show.

That's really sad and really nasty....Glad he is in jail.

His bond should be raised, a lot higher than $100,000. You just don't do those kinds of things to elders....

Like my Dad, who is a criminal defense attorney (Deals with Raps,Muders,Shootings) and he is not helping them get out of jail, he is defending their right so they are treated equally, and who knows, in 30 years when he gets out (I dont know how long he is in there) he could be a changes person? Why do death on somebody that has changed, and yes i understand it is a crime and he need a good 30-40 years.

All we'd have to do is remove the Bill of Rights and United States Constitution, then we may be able to do that.

And i respect yours, its just you can't really do that (In some cases yeah, wish they could do that) but its like saying i took 5 candy bars and beat the store owner, he may want me to have death because i did that, but its a small charge? I would die for that, and not have my rights given to me to change?

No we should not! But everybody can change and we should do that, and 30-40 maybe 50 years might do some good for him, and lots and lots of counselling for him, he could change in the near future?

Yeah, its just his sick behavior is disgusting if not the death penalty, then yes lots and lots of jail time, don't worry he will get exactly what is coming to him in jail, what he did to that old lady will not be nothing compared to what's going to happen to him in prison.
