Hey i'm jeremy :D i am new posting but have been looking around for a bit. I just found LCPDFR a few weeks ago and i've slowly been buying controller and trying to figure out the game since then. But within the last couple days I have actually been doing great and learning a lot of things i never knew. Thanks to everyone on here who has been posting helpful hints and for those on youtube posting videos. I knew NOTHING about how to do anything like this until i got here.

 

The game is playing really good for me so far. a little slow but i'm working on things slowly so i don't screw my file up lol. Also thanks to the guy who did the Las Vegas police pack. I have it installed and they are awesome!! I will add a siggy and stuff later today so i don't seem like a troll. thanks for having me!

Welcome to the forums! My only tip for you is to create a copy of your directory, and put it in a safe place. GTA IV can be really unstable at times, so backups are a necessity.

yes i learned the hard way unfortunately. so i have 3 backup copies now hahah. ughhhh i love this mod <3

woohoo thanks. yeah im here to stay. i just gave up a game called CyberNations that i have been playing for six years and participated on many forums everyday :( i grew tired of it but i already miss the community. you know what we need is an irc channel :D that way we could get on and talk sometimes. or do we have one?

Regarding your IRC question. I don't think LCPD:FR has one.. although we do have a Team Speak channel, details can be found on the "MORE" tab on the top of the webpage.
