An officer has to shoot a white person, calm solution. Officer shoots a black person and the world goes insane.

  • No. Why the hell would you have to be licensed to own a bullhorn?

Now the prosecutors office should file perjury charges against everyone who testified before the grand jury making statements that have been proven to be false.

Oh yeah!

Well that's not surprising at and i am happy he not being charged . Why should he get arrested for doing his job ? They gave the right decision end of story and if people wanna riot and break their own shit then they could get arrested for being stupid simple.

It's a shame that this was made into a race thing from the start. But oh well, the ignorant will be ignorant. Can't wait to see whats in store for Ferguson and many other cities tonight.

Crazy stuff, 4 shotsfired calls already!

I heard one of the people on CNN say that this was all set up and that they knew this was going to be the outcome.  He said anyone that has been a prosecutor would know that, due to it being brought to the grand jury.  Anyone here been a prosecutor?  What do you guys think about that?  That just stood out to me.

Personally, I feel that the evidence was solid, but I haven't gone over it yet, so I won't make my decision until I do.

Listening to the scanners right now; break ins, shots fired, and orders to move crowds are being transmitted.

UPDATE: Tear gas deployed and bricks are being thrown at police.

UPDATE2: It has been reported that smoke is being used, not tear gas.

That sounds like one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. But then again, stupid people who don't know the law are the favorite spokes people for the media when discussing a legal event.

This case didn't go to a grand jury because the prosecutor knew that it would be some sort of "easy out" or a way to "pass the buck." It went to  a grand jury because the law REQUIRED it to go to a grand jury. No one had any choice in the matter, and the 5th amendment is very clear when it says:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury
