Protonator reacted to Leonov in traffic and graphic problem LCPDFR 0,95R 2Like I said, LCPD:FR comes with dsound, which is already installed. You just have to put those files into the Scripts folder where LCPDFR is (which is GTAIV root directory/Scripts)

Protonator reacted to Harper in traffic and graphic problem LCPDFR 0,95R 2GTA IV is a terrible console ports.
Even some of the high end PC's struggle to run it on max settings, I'd suggest turning things down one by one until your find a playable level.

Protonator reacted to AlconH in traffic and graphic problem LCPDFR 0,95R 2Extract all the files to a destination of your choice. Then copy all of those files to your GTA root directory. This shouldn't crash your game and if it does you can just delete the files that you copied over.
It basically loads a variety of vehicles into your games memory so that rather than police and taxis spawning all teh time you have different cars.

Protonator reacted to Leonov in traffic and graphic problem LCPDFR 0,95R 2Don't worry, as teh asi loader (dsound) and scripthook are both in there (as they come with LCPD:FR, though you can use xliveless in the place if dsound if you wish (but not both)). What you should do here though is simply put what cars (aside from taxis, garbage trucks and emergency vehicles) you want to spawn while driving around (it's a list with 20, it can't support no more than that.) After that, you put them into the Scripts folder of your main GTAIV directory where LCPDFR is installed. After that, it should load up automatically.
