Pretty sure That that animation and style of arresting was taken out after .91, So there really is no way to pop into something like the .ini and change it, However, I will agree, I perferd the arresting method of .91, Nothing was more satisfying then pulling 3 thugs out of a vehicle, And having them all laying on the ground, Waiting to be procesed, God I wish they would bring that back, I loved it

I miss frisking people before putting them in the patrol car. Takes away liability and danger to you.

With the new frisk feature "E" after traffic stops I have been pessing F10 to order the ped out of the car. Then instead of a normal arrest I am now frisking them before I make an arrest. I can even do a trunk search this way before I finally arrest and call for transport or put in car.

I haven't got it down to an art yet, but there are several sequences that work.

And also with the "E" now you can handle more than one ped at a time.

But to the OP regarding the old animation that's beyond my knowledge.

Agreed, that is one of the things I miss, but I found a really really good work around. right when you cuff them, before pressing "F9" or "F10", what you should do is press ALT+R. It isn't perfect, but I believe it works well (just make sure you press F9 or F10 quickly when you find something, else a very trigger happy partner might very well end things at that point, because you know, Stolen Credit Cards, or Drugs seem to be categorized a threat to the officers lives in this case.)

I'll look into expanding this further in a future release, perhaps with options to order peds you hold at gunpoint to do things like lay down etc.

Also. What about when you transport the suspect once you put them in the car they should stay in the car like .91. Because if your still on the scene once you get out they get out with you.

Maybe you could do it where you hit a button to seat them. Then you can hit a button again to have them follow you.
