First off, those videos are proof, it clearly shows him handcuffing women, kissing them without their consent and grabbing their butt cheeks.

Company's have also dropped him because of these videos, also I didn't say grabbing a persons butt is rape. Sam pepper needs to go to jail, charges have been filed against him it's just it's taking time and we also don't know much about the victims. There's a news story about a woman who did in fact file rape charges against him, she's just now doing it now that he's being exposed.

Those videos are proof of sexual harassment... And nobody pressed charges on him for those videos. Nobody cryed foul. Those videos are irrelevant. Somebody reported a rape. The DA HAS NOT filed charges against him. Justice has to run its course. You can't crucify him because you don't like him.

Anyway... I think the topic is

"What i really wanted to discuss here is why rape cases are mostly thrown out the window or the victim not getting justice?"

I believe that Sam Pepper was brought up as an example. Let's keep on topic :)
