For sure it's CryENB. Most likely v1. Actually, I'm 80% sure it's version 1.

Just know that this ENB is extremely intensive on your graphics card. I've got a pretty good setup and I'll still lose textures every once and awhile (especially in MP). 

Just like the others said, it's Cryenb. I don't have a crazy setup, only upgrades I've made are a new psu and a gtx 660(I think). I get about 45-55 fps at night and 30-40 at day, medium enb settings

It's a modified version of CryEnb by Constable Gary in the Mounties Gaming Community.  It's not a public release it was made for Glen to use in his videos.
