Lastly, I found a script which I modified to spawn the NOOSE Enforcer with 4 NOOSE TRU peds (they have more health, armor and are more aggressive than LCPD ESU officers) during 6 stars.

What script does this? Is it something in the game, or a mod script? This is something I'd love to know.

    Well, just so we are clear, I am not the author of the script - it was publicly posted in source form on gta4-mods comment section. I tried to find the author, but to no avail.

     

    I'll send it to you guys soon, if I don't forget.

     

    However, I heard that LukeD is working on something similar, and knowing him it is going to be much better than this... :D
