Steady burn red lights are required at the front of an emergency vehicle in CA. Some older cars have a steady burn light in the visor exclusively.

I'm still a little confused, are they red and blue?

EDIT: easier way, when the light's flash on the LAPD cvpi, which ones are they? the headlight strobes?

The solid red and blue lights on the lightbar. They don't flash at all; they're just on.

If it makes it clearer: The very, very old LAPD setup had 2 "tin can" lights. In each one, the front was a bulb in a red lens, the back was a bulb in a yellow lens. When the lights were switched on, the yellow lights in the back flashed (slowly), while the red lights in front turned on and stayed on (as if they were lamps). Those are pretty much the California requirements: one solid, non-flashing red light, and flashing yellow in back.

Newest requirements are also for a blue light in the back, which is why LAPD has such a strange light setup.

Just a blue light. It only applies to police vehicles

like the GMC yukon and the washington dc police crown vics

No.He doesn't have them himself anymore.

i got a few of EVI mods before he deleated the links even tho i cant get my els to work i still use them in the game
