I once tried to replace every car with real life cars, which is of course all high poly models, and no surface textures would load, and I mean no, as in zero, every car had textures, but they were driving on invisible roads, surrounded by invisible road furnitures and buildings, until the game crashes.

That's overdoing it, if your computer can handle it, IE there's no noticeable problems, then you haven't "overdone it.

He means in RC1 they programed in a limit, There is no way to set it to a certain varible in the .ini file due to the fatct they will not allow you to edit any of the values until the final version is out, Also, NicoaiB has RC2, Not sure if you can edit in that, But youd have to ask him that.

I'll ask this, My system has occasionally slow loading textures (as in it'll appear blank for a split second then load), is that normal or...? I have a car mod pack installed but usually get issues when driving fast, though I had a weird one earlier, was driving near the AoD clubhouse by the freeway and had black freeway pillars pop in and out when I moved the camera, when I went back there it didn't happen again.

Do I need to take a look at my GFX settings? I got a 1024 card, and everything on auto

It would be a bit mean for the developers to not reward the moderators in some way for their hard work. Anyway, giving NB a development copy is a good way of getting free publicity.

Those Car mods Im assuming are high poly car mods and must be killing your Video Ram, I suggest you take a few or all away and replace deafualt, Or simple turn Your GFX settings all the way down, But even then, Youll prob see some Texture popping.
