My setup is almost identical to yours, and I can safely say I can play anything at full-settings and still remain playing smoothly (ESO, WatchDogs, ENBs, anything).

 

This setup will handle GTA V and the masses of next gen games to come, comfortably. 

 

Considering you mentioned a $200 budget, you will not find an Intel equivalent to the FX-8350 for under $230(ish) let alone a mobo as well.

Not to hijack your thread or anything but since people are answering questions here I would like to ask if I were to overclock a 760 4GB would my computer be able to handle it...these are my specs

Motherboard : Intel MS IZ77A-G45 ATX

It's good except you should upgrade that graphics card, you could probably play, but that would really set back your PC.

Yeah I plan on swapping the 630 for the 760 but I just want to make sure it would be fine if I overclocked a 760 4GB
