I know we can all come up with countless awesome additions and new features for the next version. But just like it was done with previous versions I think many people would like to not see the cart put before the horse, by which I mean rooting out most of the troublesome bugs and crash causes before adding more features. With the new release of ELS v8.0 (which is an amazing improvement removing two of the most challenging negatives to using ELS door glitch/no damage), I think improving the interoperability of these two staples of police modding, and especially improving multiplayer stability as best as can be done would be the best first steps. New features will always be appreciated, but a smoother gameplay experience should take precedence.

All of the work that has been done thus far, and continues to be done is appreciated by many. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.

LCPDFR isn't supported with third-party mods. Bugs are always being worked out, but adding compability with other mods seems like an endless task.

You are correct, and I know this has been a long stated position for the LCPDFR staff regarding not focusing on third party mods. But with LMS and others working on and developing ELS and LCPDFR simultaneously I think the goal of near seamless integration of these two amazing additions to GTA is more likely and achievable than it has been in the past.

I assume LMS will ensure AdvancedHook remains compatible with ELS 8. However, ELS and LCPDFR are separate mods; they just share the dependency on AdvancedHook.

Make it so we can use an Xbox controller for just driving and shooting (regular GTA gameplay) and leave all LCPDFR features on the keyboard. When I use my controller, I can't join ambient pursuits, cant tell dispatch Im finished with a call, can't do alot of stuff. Even trying to zoom in with a weapon brings up the taser. Basically, leave LCPDFR on the keyboard where it belongs. Controllers are only good for driving and precise movement.

Also, bring back the ability to shout commands using the number pad

Quite a number of people disagree that LCPDFR belongs on the keyboard. Gaming setups don't have to have an accessible keyboard at all - there are people who hook their computer to a TV, and only really have a controller handy to interact with the game.

If you want to disable controller keybindings, just open LCPDFR.ini and change all the controller keybindings to "None". Alternatively, if you have a better idea of how you think keybinding should be done, set it that way in the INI.

Ah, I didn't know that. Thanks!
