What's the funniest thing that you found in GTA IV? I was recently looking through IV's files and I found this (it's not that funny, but it's all I got) :

That's just a pre-render of the pedestrians before they spawn.

Only easter egg I really know about is the heart in the statue of liberty. 

Well, there is the mysterious ratman....

That's the even further downgraded model when the ped is far away enough

The Abandoned "Haunted" Hospital on Colony Island. It's more of a myth tho.

I like the little easter egg/joke that's in the helicopters interior.i can't remember exactly what it was but it was something about warnings and it's not their fault if you die or something.. i was laughing when i discovered it xD

Sorry for the bump, I was just looking through some GTA IV files :P

If you go to "SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVpctextures" or were ever your game is. If you look in the textures folder there is a text document that is called "Test" and when you open it it says "blablablablablablabla"
