What the hell were you listening to?   

 

It's a D&R electronic siren. It comes from Canada. Toronto Fire Service battion-chiefs' vehicles use it.
This might be the model or a similar one.

That's pretty much it, problem is the priority tone doesn't go fast enough towards the tail end like it does in the OP's youtube video.

I have another YouTube video here of Toronto E.M.S. using it:

One person in the comments section said it's the D&R 'Intimidator' and that the Ontario Provincial Police use it as well.

The only problem is it doesn't have the super-fast Priority tone at the end, which I'd love. But other than that it's the same.
