Doesn't exactly look stealth with big ass lights.

Pretty cool, Canada looks fun!

I'm fairly sure that lightbar is supposed to be for high visibility traffic enforcement, not stealth units.

I guess it does say "traffic enforcement" on the vehicle. lol

Yes, yes i have seen this before. In Boston we have some cruisers that have those lightbars. They are extremely ugly.

Edit: I have only seen a few of these in my life

It's a way of doing slicktops without sacrificing as much in the way of visibility. A car with those lights still doesn't have the profile of a police car; driving past the car in the OP, you probably wouldn't instantly recognize it as a cop car, because it doesn't have the silhouette of a police car with lightbar. Stealth doesn't require that a vehicle doesn't look like a cop car on close inspection; on the road, it's enough that a driver watching the road won't see it in his peripheral vision and instantly think "Oh, a cop car! I should slow down!" (the same thing is in play for normal slicktops, which are often fully marked - anyone who looks for a full second at them and considers if it's a police car knows it is; most drivers don't look at individual cars for a full second and wonder if they're police cars).

True. But it's still a little ugly.

Never seen one before, and probably for good reason. It definitely looks old, never seen one on a Boston cruiser. I'm sure modern LED's do a good enough job anyway. My local P.D. says amber lights actually prevent crashes better than Red & Blue, especially with color blind people.

Sorry to break it to you but the Port Moody Police Department has stopped using that light bar quite a while ago
