It's just that some people don't like the invincible car bug in ELS & would like to have their car be damageable for realism.

(Ripley's) Believe it or not, they are quite some people who don't like ELS for it (but still use it), & we are seeing ELS alternates start popping up that allow vehicle damage.

ELS v8 is going to get rid of those bugs, or so I heard.

You got a good eye sir. That it is. It's the MTL "V 24 Supercharged" Pumper, it serves as the FDLC's standard firefighting apparatus. It's even equipped with a high powered deck-mounted water cannon for all your fire-fighting needs.
