Today I was going to make a 98 CVPI with Bxbugs's 98 rims but every time I enter his dev stuff it is only the CVPI and the template pack there.

It was already deleted 2 days ago so that's not the problem, but maybe just maybe it could be related.

I'm sure everything will be figured out soon....GPM does go down a good amount (as we all know).

Rly?? GPM down? That happens very seldom.. More like LCPDFR is much down...

Ok. To clear things up, Bugs didn't take his stuff off the website, he removed it so no one can see it. For the reason he is doing so, I'm not going to say but I will say it will be back up soon; however, not to everyone. As for GPM, it is down temporarily due to some stuff as I am not going to say either.

Hey guys, I've been looking for an unlocked dash cam and prisoner partition I can use to finish up my first car release.

 

I had planned on using the ones that BxBugs had when I found them in the list of unlocked parts here, but obvously that isn't going to work anymore. Google and searching a few other sites hasn't turned up any other options so, would anyone be willing to provide some suggestions on where I can find an unlocked dash cam and partition?

Dash cam I can help you with, I made one but it one another site and I can't say the name because it will be removed but I'll send it to you. as far the partition you could use the one from the Crown Vic or the partition off Tim's K9 Cage

Mentioning a site when relevant to a question ("Where do I find this?") is fine. What is considered advertising is a deliberate attempt to show off your work or others work and saying where to find it (ie: creating a thread or gallery image).
