I had a little play around with 3dsmax a few days ago (yay for student email address), and I managed to detach the cop belt andfbi badge and export them as their own objects. Now I can attach them just like any other object to peds through SNT.

That is something I have wanted for a long time. To be able to take a plain clothed ped and FIB badge them up. The FIB models that have this now are a little boring in apperance. And as your pic shows, female fib are a real option with this. There are some great ped models that will really suit undercover work.

Waiting for vid when a tramp / bum sudenly wakes up in a doorway flashes the badge and arrests a bunch of dealers :)

this is awesome!! it should be possible now to add female cops too, right? and also an improved belt with holstered taser and baton.

This is my favorite thread. Not only can we have an updated belt, but we can easily get some female cops that aren't just reskined nurses? Hells yeah!

Sam do you reckon you could detach other objects like the bullet proof vests on the TBOGT FIB models? Might be something else that could prove useful.

On GPM there is a NYSP car....exactly like yours except its actually NYSP, not NLSP.

I really doubt ped models will crash MP. After all, we've been playing with a different cop model, no crashs.

something like the reg cop skin with a tactical vest saying police without the stupid shoulder protectors and bdus would be nice.it would be cool if u could change the duty belt and have a better drop leg holster like the noose guys. most cops got drop leg holsters now a days & the cops ingame dont even look like they are wearing a vest cops always got 1 on. and sniper that skin ur workin on looks freakin awsomee!

Most cops do not have drop leg holsters. Maybe elsewhere in the country, but I've never seen them in person on the East Coast. Those pics were LAPD SWAT officers in a movie. Also, many cops (including all NYPD officers I've seen who are not in ESU) wear vests under their shirts. Also, I've never seen a cop in a "tactical" vest who is not part of an SRT (the vests I see tend to blend in nicely with the uniform).
