I've heard there is a lot of problems with stability and it crashing. I have a good computer so I don't need to worry about that. Although what is your input on it? Is it worth it? 

I've experienced random crashes but they're rare. I would definitely recommend it. If you do get it, add me on Battlelog! (145xDallas)

all you need to know if the frame rate is good with good frps settings. I can get over 120 frps and low as 20 frps on BF3

Never had any technical issues before. Hitboxes suck, netcode is terrible (IE: You shoot someone first and they kill you instead, on their end they claim they shot first). They are promising improvements on it and I believe them, but it's going to take time.

Like many games now a days, they are rushed by those funding it looking for the $$$$. BF4 was rushed by EA months before DICE wanted a release. However, the game is slowly getting better. 

 

I experience crashes and plenty of glitches, but the goods out way the bads. When I think of BF4 I think of the fun I have with friends, not the shitty side of things which tells me it was worth the money(also, having about 100 hours played tells me aswell :P). 

 

For netcode issues, hardcore has fixed it for me. While I am sure it is not an actual "fix" for the problem, I very rarely have those "but I shot him first" moments while playing hardcore. When I play standard, I last about 60 seconds before alt+f4'ing. 

I have never experienced any crashes since I started playing BF4.

 

I also heard that the netcode issue is far worse in the US than it is over here in Europe. So technically, if you have a strong machine you shouldn't have any problems running it (if you have a new AMD graphics card they even improve your performance with Mantle). I've never had problems with hitboxes. But like I said, the netcode problem might be worse in the US, because for me the delay is max. 0,5 seconds or something like that, you think you're behind cover but you still get shot. But the netcode is far from being as bad as BF3's, at least that's what I think, because in BF3 you got shot even after you were like 2 seconds behind cover.

 

Overall I have a lot of fun with BF4 now, I really like the new maps and what really makes BF4 better than BF3 and the true successor to BF2 is the little detail improvements. So try to figure out how the netcode works for people in your are (or in all of the US) and decide whether you want to wait until they fix it or start to play right away ;) I am so hyped for Naval Strike (DLC) - brings back my favorite match type of all time - Titan from 2142 only on aircraft carriers

I get the odd crash sometimes, but since the latest patch I've been crash free. Couple of little bugs which are really neither here nor there.

I recommend getting it because personally it's a fantastic game (completely 100% not biased because I'm a server admin lol)
