How Do You Make A Skin

 

There's a lot of tutorials for it on the internet. All you have to do is to google it. But, you'll need something where you can change colors and add pictures etc... I recommend for you to try out Paint.net. It's a quite good and reliable software and is really good if you're a beginner.

To add a texture to a car you have to download the car. With the car there should be something called a "Template". That is the picture you want to edit into the one you want (the texture/skin). Now, it's quite hard explaining it just by typing, so I linked you a video in the spoiler which could be really helpfull. Just follow it step-by-step and you'll have your texture. This is the video which teached me how to do it, and it's a really great video.

is this for cars only or peds as well if this is for peds I would love if some one could make an fbi ped with this shirt

i would like this skin for my cars wich are Sam's non els gta5 cars , the city name is not obligated, just the desighn.so i have the second generation buffalo, granger ,police interceptor, and police patrol .  

Pictures of your previous work would help.
