I'm devolving several different skin packs one of the closest coming out would be my Lubbock Police Dept pack. I'm in need of people that can take pictures and videos of these cars. I need shots from all of the cars. If you could do this for me you would have early acess to the upcoming packs that I release. I'm hoping that someone can help out. Ok how do I add police 3, and police 4. I have them in the models directory and it is telling me when I try to spawn the models that they are invalid models? Ideas?

What could i run gta off of past direct x??

Ok, So when I launched it it gave me the same problem. So my thoughts and from talking with freinds at school we think it is Direct X v11.0 Becuase they said they have had problems with it. I also could run GTA IV off of direct x v9.0 so i think that is the problem. How do i get the v9.0 instead of v11.0? Or what is your thoughts on that.

I tried four times still no launch it gives me the same message. Yes I bought it through steam, I have ran it through steam many times. How could I find all my direct x files and delete them and try reinstalling ?

Ok, Sorry. I will do that next time. It's telling me that I have a Equivalent or better setup already installed.

Is there a different way it keeps giving me a bad gateway message when i try to post it.

OK, So I recently built a computer that runs GTA IV smoothly. And for a few days now after I installed a new OS for it now that I'm running windows 8, The game when I go to launch it it takes me all the way past the Rockstar symbols and the final GTA IV sign. Then my game sits on a black screen the crashes. The Error it keeps giving me is Error Code: TextP70, And tells me that I need to Upgrade my graphics card drivers or to install the newest Direct X, I have on board, Integrated graphics. As well I have ran this computer maxing the game and playing with Nutts Enb? Here are my specs for if they will help? Please help.
