Which version of Spark IV should I download and where? -I watched the videos, but how do you get new uniforms? Will the liberty city one's be deleted? Last time I tried this, everything got screwed up and I couldn't load gta at all. UPDATED: Download Spark IV, still facing problems! It says this program has stopped responding!

I take that back, I haven't tried it in game, but it won't work on the main page where you can adjust controller settings. I'll try it again and let you know. Thanks. UPDATED: Still doesn't work!

When I say majority, I am clearly referring to the player's who responded =) don't jump the gun officer ;) I was just suggesting that the task force already be implemented in the game upon downloading the patch. I don't think it's necessary to reconfigure the API on the player's own, because most people would screw the entire game up. Please don't take this the wrong way, as this thread is simply titled "SUGGESTIONS." Take care.

I just wish it was easier to implement them into the game rather than downloading Open IV etc. Last time I installed OpenIV I was forced to reinstall the entire game.

So, I'm playing LCPDFR without any mods because I always have trouble with something installing them no matter who's advice I take. It sure would be nice to download the limitless mods out there. How many of you out there strictly play LCPDFR without any mods?

Make sure that your Operating System is compatible. If you have Windows 8, type in google, how to make gta iv compatible for windows 8. If you do I think you need windows vista service pack 3. It's not that hard, you'll get it to work. Good luck

My only guess is that your missing some files. Does this happen every time you call for backup? A few suggestions: -Try starting a new game file. -Reinstalling GTA iv or LCPDFR without xlive. -deleting the mods, this is important...some mods are not compatible. Good luck!

I beg to differ with that statement. Not that my credentials apply in this matter, but I am a Criminal Justice Major with a Bachelor's Degree and it's safe to say almost every police officer has or will be working on a task force within their career. I understand this game is to resemble the every day functions of a patrol man, but don't think that's what police are confined to. Hopefully it's implemented within the next update!

I know steam saves them, but ever since I reinstalled the game, my f12 button won't take the screenshot. I am running the game through program files x86, and running the exe. file. Any other way to take the screenshot? Also, when ever I try to load the game through steam it says missing executable file. -I'm going to try to reconfigure the key to "/" and see If that works. Go to View, Settings, In-Game, and adjust the screenshot key to what ever you like. PLEASE WORK! UPDATED: Doesn't work!

When you press F12 it takes a screenshot, but because I am not running the game directly through steam it doesn't work. Where are the screenshots saved?

The topic says it all! Let's implement task forces in to LCPDFR! What is a task force? A task force is a specialized unit of police officers who are assigned to combat a variety of crimes ranging from illegal narcotics, prostitution, loan sharking, etc. The mission should be initiated in the police department, and randomly assign different tasks. I think this could expand the game's imagination a little bit. Thanks.

Good afternoon, I noticed a small change in how the game functions when the time of day changes. When the game plays in the morning/afternoon "in-game" it appears to be very cloudy and hazy but there isn't much lag. When it transitions into night, the game is crystal clear, runs beautifully, graphics are really sharp. Is there any suggestions to fix this, or is that how the morning/afternoon is suppose to look? Also, to wrap everything up into one post, how do you take a screenshot when the game isn't run directly through steam? F12 doesn't work anymore. Thanks.
