  • I want to see LCPDFR in GTA V... !!! lols...

  • Having a properly optimized PC version is the main thing really.

  • well, maybe not all 3, all 3 would be nice, but i think one thing GTA 4 lacked was diversity, GTA: SA had deserts, casinos, industrial areas, military bases etc. whereas GTA 4 was just a city, with va

I would like to see more crimes.

Like:

-Bank Robbery

When I got a call like that, you need to go inside a bank building and you need to clean out everything.

Or: When I arrive, I see a lot of cop cars around the bank building with officers pointing at the suspects in front of the building.

- Hostage situation at the burger king

You need to go inside the building and negotiate with the suspect that is pointing his gun to a costumer. If the situation is out of control than you need to shoot at the suspect without hurting the other people.

Just things like that. ^^

The one thing that will always hold back GTA V on pc is consoles. We aint gonna get features thats consoles cant handle. Well not major features anyway.

What I would like to see is an overhaul of the AI and the wanted system. Ever since GTA III where you get a wanted level and gather stars across the map to loose it was lame. And now with IV if you stay out of sight long enough you loose it, better, but still lame. Then 20 seconds later you can drive past a police car in the same smashed up car with blood all over it and nothing !

At least have to change cars, making the police stupid beyond belief just ruins it.

As in real life I would like to see the police take an interest in the person, and not just when he is commiting crimes. They should be building up a case, at times finding yourself under survelance and having to loose your police tail before you can get up to anything.

Bribeing certain officials. When arrested having to pay for a lawyer. The more you pay for a better lawyer the more of your equipment you walk away with.

I would like an adversary. Maybe a maverick cop, a bit like dirty Harry who is hell bent on taking you down and breaks the rules now and then.

Most of all though just want an end to hiding till wanted level goes then walking up to an officer with gun in hand covered in blood only to get no reaction. For me it's a story breaker when the police AI do that. Like I said, swap cars at least or change of clothes otherwise the police recognise you from 30 seconds ago and resume trying to arrest you.

i heard gta v is running on rage engine, i supose its good to know that for modding etc.

I would assume it would use the RAGE engine (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine) anyways, since R* made it.

I posted this on another site:

I'd love to see them naming the streets again, especially if they're releasing it for PC (I'm looking at you LCPDFR)

Make the city feel alive, "random" roadworks, building renovations, random crimes that cops respond to, make it feel like the city lives without you causing chaos.

Giving us something to do once the story line is completed, I've heard a lot of praise about the "drug dealing" missions in one of the PSP games, that would be a nice addition, as well as burglaries, bank jobs (robberies in general really), and something to spend the money on:

Homes/flats and stuff to put in and around them, business locations, I loved the aspect of buying the club, strip club and car dealer in Vice City.

Cops that aren't fucking retarded, I love shooting cops and getting chased, but it was almost too hard to get a good chase going in IV because of the reworked wanted system, I'd love to see that getting changed round to using details such as vehicle make/model, registration plate, general direction and location, description of the player to use in the hunt for you. EDIT: the addition of stingers, Vice City had it, please add it back in.

EDIT: Blimp races, I'd love to do blimp races over Los Santos.

These are the features I really want in GTA V:

- Buyable houses and apartments

- Buyable businesses

- Enterable police stations

- A wide selection of weapons

- Weapon Customization

- Vehicle Customization

- Gang territories

- Area 69

- Multiple cities

- Multiple airports

- Job system: taxi, ambulance, garbage man, street sweeper, postal worker, trucker

- Enterable stores where non-weapon items can be purchased

- Operational car dealers

- Spike strips

- Drivable trains/subways

- Drug system

- Trunk system

- Dedicated servers

- Robbable houses/apartments, stores, and banks

- Disguise system: wearing certain clothing allows at least temporary acceptance by a faction

- Police dogs

- The ability to decapitate and blow off limbs

- Sewer system

- Passport system

- Functional airports (planes can be flown as a passenger, but at a cost)

- Usable gyms

- Functioning movie theaters (similar to the comedy clubs in GTA IV)

- Recurring hitman side missions

- Functioning and usable casinos

I'll add more to the list as I think of them.

I want missions like the Bank Robbery mission in GTA 4, be pretty boss to have alot of funner missions.

i'd like to have 4 patroling police cars like buffalo and the vapid cruiser. and then two schemes: SAHP(CHP) and LSPD(LAPD)

Regarding multiple cars to patrol LC, there is a way to do so:

As for the skins, there are tons of textures out there, including CHP and LAPD based ones. However, I don't think you''l find them for the default police cars. How to enable multiple textures ingame can be found here:

"Dura lex, sed lex"

Properly optimized PC version.

A larger area like San Andreas (to warrant a Highway Patrol..)

Better "Mini-missions".

Properly optimized PC version.

Please, GTA has always been a console game. It's never gonna be optimized for PC. :P
