Does LCPDFR change the handling file for the cars at all?

Ahhhh I see. Because the built in function of LSPDFR doesn't have any ELS lines in the controller code you use Xpadder to assign those. I get it now. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.

With the built in configurable Xbox controller feature of LCPDFR why would anyone want to download Xpadder? I not being thick here I really would like to know what Xpadder does different/better than the in game support? Why use it?

Does using this handling mod break LCPDFR driving AI? Can the AI cops and perps drive realistically with it?

Sam take your time and do it right. I just got LCPDFR up and running and that will keep me busy for months if need be. I do hope that for LSPDFR you get rid of that silly cop turbo boost.

Quick please, I am at the store right now. I don't have a console but I want to use a controller. Do I want the Xbox one controller or the Xbox 360 controller for lspdfr? And for lcpdfr for that matter? Many thanks for speedy response!

Well I have been away from LCPDFR for a long time and I came back and watched Finkones videos and I am amazed at what can be done. He had a coroner, EMS, firefighters, and cool functions like tow trucks and taxi cabs. He had backup call outs too and I saw some sort of low jack function where he had a readout that got higher the closer he got to the stolen car. He could put down traffic barriers or stop traffic all together. All this stuff worked pretty well too with no real problems. He tweaked the cars handling so the other cop cars wouldn't drive so poorly. I hope we can do all of this in LSPDFR (eventually) and more. What an absolute GREAT mod for the GTA series.

Let's hope LSPDFR has the lights & siren script thing built in.

I don't even have gta5 on the pic yet. Did is you fix it in LSPDFR so I can exit my police car and keep engine running? Can I have just the police lights on while driving and NO siren?

The frisking while arresting has caused me many crashes now. I am just not going to frisk people that I have arrested. I have no problem frisking people that I have not arrested but it is the ones in handcuffs I want to frisk!

I would like them to squash the repeating cars bug that has been in the GTA series forever.

I found something cool that plays into my alcohol request from the first post. Sometimes when you pull someone over and the reason you select is F10 (aggressive driving I think?) your cop will say "Your driving like your shit-faced". When this happens I just pretend that I smell alcohol and pull him out of the car for arrest. Works well until they develope something else!

So what is the way the devs INTENDED for us to frisk? "E" or "Alt-R"? EDIT: I can confirm this buggy frisking. I arrested a guy for fleeing and hit F11 to "leave" him because I wanted to frisk him. I frisked him with "E" I think. Came up clean. I pointed my taser at him to "re-arrest" him for transport and he produced a SHOTGUN! I tased him and he fell. When he got back up I hit "E" again and he dropped another gun (pistol) and surrendered. The guy had 2 guns on his person (1 was a shotgun) and the first frisk came back clean.
