FDNY jet plane?
The color red  is the heaviest paint in terms of airplanes.
So why color the whole plane red?

So people will notice it most probably.

It's a Firefighter's tribute, complete with logos, decals, and the traditional paint. IMHO, to fully show that "This is a plane for the FDNY, not just a promotion", it should be painted red, despite the fact that it's the heaviest.

 

Also, JetBlue can support something like this financially.

I was wondering to, they would never be able to use that to put out fires or anything lol .probably just something to fly the chief around when hes not gambling all his money away..

Okay guys, take it easy.

Not exactly sure how buying a jet for a fire department necessarily "supports" the department itself. I would think building a new hall or buying more equipment would be more of a support.
