Great work, as always. I have only one little suggestion: Make it compatible with patch 1.0.4.0. Many players use this patch because modding, performance and icenhancer.

LCPDFR isn't compatible with that patch. I know a lot of people use it for modding, but it is a discontinued patch and users should use the latest patch for increased stability and other fixes. 

When is Lt.Caine going to release 7.1?

I wonder if there would be a way to fix it so you can open car doors when els is on..would have to almost stop the auto repair or something when the door opens..idk just a thought.

As explained thousands of times, it cannot be fixed with the way ELS works. ELS lights work by constantly attaching and detaching extras (the lights) to the car. Every time an extra is added or removed, the car is repaired. It's just the way GTA is.

In ELS V7.1 your doors will nolonger open and close when you have your lights on! They will stay shut as seen in the preview video! Which is much better than before.

It's better than a possessed door that slams open and shut 5 times in 1 second! LOL So that you have to jump out with lightning speed or you will be crushed by your own car door!

HAHA... your comment post was funny. I "airfare" to see the doors shut then seeing cops getting killed by there own car door.

The couple of comments after yours,  should give you enough info about why it is like that.

 

 

An alternative is using Cruise Mode.  It is similiar to steady burn,  they don't flash.  

 

It looks alright if you are doing a traffic stop with guns drawn and need to take cover behind your door. 

 

 

I haven't tried it with LCPDFR 1.0a,  but i would think it should work as before.

 

Read the ELS PDF file to figure out how you want to configure it and which of the lights(extras) to toggle on steady burn.
