You don't lose an argument by not replying; there was no argument to lose in the first place. Ignore him. Google can block him, but I think they normally don't for offensive comments (in Germany, for example, it might be a different matter). If he PMs you, it can count as harassment. People can and will take offense to anything and since there's constant connection to everything now people have more of a medium to get their opinions heard or to just be an asshole. You will deal with this stuff every day and even much worst. People will be making death threats against you, your family ect... Guess what you can't do anything about it

 

Just by riding along I have gotten called a bunch of names and patrolling around in my Police Explorer's, we get called names every single  time we go out in uniform and you know what? I just laugh knowing some day they will be calling 911 and they will be so happy that some guy in uninformed showed up and helped him out or this family out with something.   If you ever want to be a cop get use to it because you will never become one if you can't handle a 14 year old kid calling you a faggot.. If you take offense and can't handle don't become a cop and save that spot for someone that can and will be a better cop then you.

No its not, harassment would be him, sending you threatening emails, phone calls, or private messages. (also some other charges there) Cyber bullying isn't a crime, its just a term but it can turn into Harassment that can lead to a criminal charge and i can tell you this no court in the world would even consider charging some 14 year old kid that called you a fag.

 

When you see on like CNN and what not "Kid cyber bullied to death" charges pending, there not getting charge with Cyber bullying there getting charge with Felony Stalking or Felony Harassment. Until congress wakes the fuck up and passes the cyber bulling law which makes it illegal to this stuff its perfectly legal for him to do it unless it becomes a every day thing and it causes you not want to interact with people at all.
