Most programmers, as far as I'm aware, don't charge per hour; they charger per program. Also, it would be helpful if you posted what you wanted made (and if possible, what programming language you want it in).

The rates for English-speaking programmers is generally very expensive.

The best thing you can do is find someone who is like-minded and will do it for free.

I think it would be sweet to have a Program that is an acting Dispatch.

Like you can go to a Family Party N' every body is out side you park

close N' say Unit number I be 10-10 (eating) N' the Program responds

like a Real life Dispatcher. Also be sweet to use as Practice as if you

are to be a Real Dispatcher.

I thought about it a few days ago.
