Don't know what department this is, but the structure in the background looks like the bottom of the Humber Bridge.

Not 100% sure but looks like a Police Interceptor or a Traffic Pursuit Vehicle.

Those two vehicles were actually fake Metropolitan Police vehicles used for the Fast & Furious 6 film. They filmed most of it in Scotland for some reason.

 

Because Scotland is the best! Haha!

Why do you think I want to emigrate out of the UK to the US? hahaha i love all you guys ive been treated amazing every time ive been to the US (12 times..) Im looking at university over there! .... Hey!! I see those all the time! lol. I live just outside of Pittsburgh, about 15 minutes out, and see these on the news all the time. Last time I went to a Penguins hockey game these were on a bunch of corners directing traffic. They are very nice though.
