That doesn't work for me since I don't use Ragehook or LSPDFR,Im on Policemod 2.0.

Are there any mods that let you tag a random ped with a wanted level,I used to LOVE that feature in LCPDFR,because often some ped will do something stupid and then scamper off,and you can't do a proper pursuit since he's not tagged with a wanted level,you're basically on your own,patrolling cars and cops will ignore him because he's not wanted unless he hits one of them or starts shooting back at you. If not,how hard would it be for me to make a script like that on my own?

OK I got OpenIV and I figured out how to edit the model.I think I got it and the cop will have boots now.But how do I get the ODD file back to a WDD and import it in the game?

Actually it will be really helpful if someone would tell me what program I need to open the .wdd model so I can do this myself.

I know enough to know that a simple editing of the wireframe of the model can make the legs look like they are boots,then you just edit the texture file with windows paint to give a new texture and that should do it. I don't know how to edit the model.I have experience with Google Sketchup and Deep Exploration but both of those programs can't open this kind of file.

To make it clear so we don't get mistakes,I want somebody to edit the model of this cop model(it is named m_y_cop_traffic) so the model has boots that looks like the noose model boots,not pants,not upper body,just the shoes.

I need someone to make a ped mod of the traffic cop file and make them wear combat boots,like the picture,can someone do that?I believe there are already models in the game that wear boots,so I guess it should be simple? Or if nobody us up to the job can you tell me what program I need to do it myself?

This is a very simple request to make the vanilla perennial with a lightbar(and skin if you have time) All I want is for someone to put a lightbar(Vanilla) and a police computer on it,you don't have to skin it,I'll do it myself,to make people more motivated to do the job,I really want this car as a police vehicle ingame.

Go figure,that worked.I don't think the system will actually use the x32 version,but it worked to trick the program and continue the install. Ok Topic solved. You should take that into consideration for the 1.0 - Make it detect all versions of the c++

No I didn't install that,thats a x86 version,im on x64 so that would not work for me.I have x64 versions. And I rebooted many times didn't help it.

Today I reinstalled my windows 7 Professional(x64) I do that once every year,no problems or anything. So I installed a new GTA IV,patched it and all,and when I tried to install LCPDFR it says my C++ is not found. I have all the C++ packages - 2005,2008,2010 and even got the 2012 runtime upgrade 3. What seams to be the problem? SS below.

Im making a fictional Liberty city that has nothing to do with new york,changing police,fire,paramedics,roads,signs. So the Statue really doesen't fit in. And I also believe it will do great on memory releif.

I want to remove just the statue or the whole island if possible?How?

I havent installed the taser file for my game,I liked the old system when you just aim and discharge,is it still functional or was is removed? (Im not home and can't try right now)

Worked.I even removed the Strooper ped.I got a mod whick gives cops a vast number of faces so the Cop And traffic cop are enough

Ok Fat cops get on my nerves recently and I havent started yet but im thinking of replacing them with the regular cop model. All im asking - is it as simple as just overwriting the m_y files?Because of walking animations and other animations it maybe more to it?

Its not bad actually,for a first time model,and The "STATE POLICE" Is just in place.Sheriffs ARE part of the State police. Thats why is Oregon State Sheriffs' Association (OSSA) California State Sheriffs' Association New York State - Sheriffs Association And so on.And beside that,its a skin I made for PERSONAL USE.I don't plan on uploading it unless someone wants it.Then I will PM him a link.
