so i been working on these for few just got done with stage 1 witch is re-maping headlight and teillights and other thing and now moving on to next stage will keep updating as i got also have not pick what city or state will i go soo i thing this is going to bee just a generic

took my day off work cuz of labor day to get going on my project here some up dates on  my charger and the state i pick is R.I state police also ill bee making a second one wit red and blue lights for other users

The rims on the model are not those rims, so you shouldn't keep those rims

Exactly, Grant is right, those are not the correct alloys for the Charger. The ones you have on there now where never used for a police Charger. I've posted the correct ones below, you can see the difference. When that car was converted is was a R/T, so the rims where just some random set of wheels.
