Traffic flow

Featured Replies

Is there anyway I change the rate at which random emergency vehicles spawn? I'm referring to the ones that run code 3 and drive to a specific location. It happens nearly every 30 seconds in my game and often times they get stuck behind something and never disappear, or they spawn going the wrong direction on the interstate. Quite annoying...

If you have ELS that happens with or without TrafficFlow. If they are things like Fire Engins or Ambulances, you can expect to see them now and then, but it shouldn't be all over the place. I see them driving around a lot, but they only leave their crap behind once in a blue moon.

for me they always leave their crap behind.

@xDodox, Im no expert but wouldn't increasing the number, increase the amount of cars being dispatched?

ChanceOfRandomDispatch = 8

// This variable controls how frequently emergency services will be dispatched throughout the city.

// The variable is represented in the code as a 1 in [variable] chance of a dispatch occuring,

// which happens every 15 seconds. To increase the chance that a dispatch will happen, decrease

// the variable (do not go lower than 1), and to decrease the chance that a dispatch will happen,

// increase the variable (you shouldn't need to go any higher than 100).

// NOTE: The default value, 8, should provide for a balanced experience. If you experience crashes

// which may be related to these dispatches, increase the variable.
