Also, does this mean if/when the game comes out for PC, that there will be police cars with the capability of random lightbars as extras? Who knows...

Can't wait to get my hands on a cop car with LED's & run around smashing stuff.

 

I agree with DLer, I hope the AI Cops are more tough this time around, & more 'clean' in their driving.

Looking at the game and imagining this great mod here applied to it, wow.. would be something amayzing. Really do hope it comes out for PC.

I didn't even know Rockstar released a gameplay video until my mate messaged me on FB xD.

 

All i have to say is.. WOW! Rockstar Games has produced another amazing game. GTA 5 is possibly their best game to date.

True, Rockstar did post about wanted a talented programmer being able to port future titles to the PC. Now this doesnt automatically mean GTA V is for PC. However, I doubt Rockstar would just forget about PC gamers and not release the game for computers. I am sure in due time it will be announced that they are bringing the game over to PC.

 

Even if GTA V proved to be unmoddable (which I doubt), just the things shown in the gameplay demo will be enough to keep me playing for a long time.

I agree with that. If the game really is that big and massive and awesome as they are telling us....the vanilla game should keep me busy for some years...i played the vanilla GTAIV Three Years without mods.

I bet all those pretty new lights are customizable, just like the rest of the cars.

 

That is, I bet you can add/remove police car components.

Just noticed that the plate on the police car says SA EXEMPT just like the real life California police cars.

 

On another note I just have to admire the amount of detail they put into the design of the car here.

 

You have detailed bumper stickers, LAPD style unit number, license plate dedicated to police cars, small US flag on the back, POLICE on the rear as most real life police cars have, Dial 911 sticker on the rear quarter panel, cage to separate the officers from the criminal, LED lightbar (has a different pattern than other screen shots) and little LEDs on the interior roof and seeing as how the left tail light is on and the right one isn't, I think it's safe to assume that the tail lights and head lights flash along with the LEDs... gotta love it :D
