Does anyone know where to get a Taxi Light (thing on top of car that flashes)

the taxi sign that says taxi. 1 in 100000 cabbies in real life have that one pulsate green.. saw my first one ever a while back.. I was like.. what is that? oh a cabbie. lame acutally. very lame. should be outlawed.

To get it, just get the default taxi model from GTA IV and open it with zmodeler and extract the taxi sign from the model.
