  • How is this mod even close to dead? The creator (Mordekci) updated his site, posts on his site regularly about how he's trying to find time to work on it, just recently uploaded a video showing the CP

  • Sure, some update has arrived :D

  • It took LCPDFR 4.5 years to have a full release (1.0). Anything before that was alpha/beta. I'm pretty sure they're trying to go for a full release with this mod.   Plus that progress page I linked

Realase 2015 ??? ^^  :whistling:

As Crickethill just stated, the mod will be released when Mordecki feels he has everything how he likes it which isn't far. I suggest you check the site out because that's where all the info is being posted.

Mordecki will release the mod when he's comfortable with it.

In the last month we made some huge improvements and overhauled the treatment system. Actually the progress status on the website isn't up-to-date because improving the treatment system is what we're doing right now. I know you guys are waiting for it for a pretty long time already, but the mod has changed quite a bit since it first started and I think we're really, really close to finally bringing it to you - just a little more patience! ;)

Seeing how this has taken almost 2 year's  I believe it when I see it

till then its highly doubtful it'll be released anytime soon if ever

Hello, sorry if this is a bump, but I would really like to know some estimated release date for this mod. It's been quite some time.

We can't tell you an exact release date. The mod is depending on Mordecki's and my spare time and both of us are currently involved in university and other courses. But we are still working on it on a regular basis and finishing up some of the major features.

I see that all of you have been waiting for a very long time already, but I really think we're pretty close to the finish line. I know that doesn't mean much to you because you don't know what "pretty close" means. But since the last trailer we came up with a lot of new ideas or ideas to improve our systems from back then, all that needs a lot of scripting work and Mordecki is the only one in our Two-Man-Team who is capable of scripting.

We have one major system yet to finish. The ideas are fleshed out, the main scripting work is currently being done. After that it needs some polishing. The other systems are pretty much done, still some bugfixing here and there and polishing but they're mostly already very enjoyable.

I have posted a topic some time ago here on the LCPD:FR forums to ask you guys what kind of treatment system you want, and if you read up on that, you'll see that the advanced treatment system is a lot of work, especially for Mordecki.

But I think taking time is the major factor of why the mod is running so incredibly stable (at least for me). Mordecki built in a lot of checks to get rid of bugs and crashes. So while not every idea we came up with during the creation process might be in our first release, all the important parts will already be there.

And I think I can say: We'll be back with some more to show you guys soon.

Take your time, guys. Going into healthcare myself, I pretty much went apeshit when I saw the treatment system you guys were planning. I am damn excited for this. Keep up the good work.

The ems-mod.com domain is now up for sale. Is this mod officially dead now?

I haven't spoken with Mordecki in a while. I know that he was really inactive due to IRL responsibilities and probably hasn't had the time to pay for the domain.
