What is that button on the upper-left part for? Not where it says HRN(Horn) but where it says SRN? Never saw that... Or the sound it makes

I have upgraded the LCPD with the rumbler siren found on GPM. It makes sense since the retards never move out of the way.

Did the rumbler ever really catch on? I remember seeing it advertised at an Expose, but I've never actually heard of a department that uses it. We're fighting a losing battle against the car manufacturers. They keep making cars more and more sound proof. I vaguely remember a study during my EVOC course that found that drivers in newer cars with either the AC or radio on and the windows rolled up won't hear a siren until it is 75 feet from there vehicle. And thats if they are stopped at an intersection.

The NYPD uses the rumbler in some cars.

Yeah it's not bad, I need to bring it into my audio software and boost the bass for the rumble to be more prominant. I would like to see a rumbler done properly for the wag. I am happy with it for now though. :)

Google is your friend. Couldn't find any for the second, I'd need the siren name.

Here's a good news report on it from a few years ago:

One of the departments near me used it at a traffic light once to get people to move out of the way.

This report says 150 department use it. Boston is very close to me. Those are my people. :) FOX 25 is my local regional (Boston region) news station.
