It's the anniversary of the date in 1776 when we told King George to go suck it, followed shortly by the American Revolution, however it's the signing of the Declaration of Independence that we commemorate.

    Vielen Dank, freund. 4th of July is considered America's birthday. Although technically it was really official on July 2nd. No problem with that here though. Freedom is freedom. I think our forum members in the UK agree to that.
