Since my computer is always hang and I do not know why is that I try to uninstall that game and then have it re-installed but every time I want gta iv eflc install 1.1.1.0 to 1.1.2.0 will hang my computer and I know not know why that is so. that game was still with me three weeks ago and I could play and lcpdfr ppm.

i was donig tha t i put the visualsetting in tbogt but nothing happens

I've downloaded the Radiance Mod 1.3 from policemods.com and installed it but when i started eflc the lights are only in tlad and didn't in tbogt i've took the visualsetting and the timecyc in the files like the readme but in tbogt id didn't get.

Can you tell how i can install the patch 7 ?

Do i need another patch ?

But know i can not start my game !

Hallo my Name is Kevin, and im new here i have the game gta iv eflc since monday and i want to play the game with the first response mod but it didn't get i have the mod installed and net framework 4.0 and also the library pack the newest but when i started the game didn't happend i couldn't start the mod.
