Graphics Disappearing?

Alright recently, my graphics have been going to shit. Like, i have major texture loss, and its really getting on my final nerves. I haven't had this problem before.

PC Specs:

Windows 7 64 Bit

Intel Core i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30 GHz

8 GB of Ram

AMD Radeon HD 6950 4 GB

I don't know why its doing this, i have no graphic mods in either.

Can someone possibly help me?

Did you mod your police and police2 cars with high-poly ELS cars?  If so that is probably why...that and/or traffic load and traffic fix will do this if settings are too high (in the .ini file).

Good news is with no buildings or roads, I bet your frame rates are through the roof!

Good day,

It's weird for this to start happening out of nowhere. You could try using some sort of RAM optimizer or gamebooster type thing.

SHIT! i never thought of using game booster!

Game Booster does Nothing much to be true... I have tried it so many times but guess what my FPS stuff still remains at my normal level that I run without Game Booster. I will send you my commandline

Yea, Game Booster does very little.  It actually makes my system lag when I run it.  I manually shutoff unneeded processes and applications,

Try using MemTurbo4, which is very effective.  Set the Auto Recover Level to 55m and Target Free Ram to 55m as well (as close to those numbers as you can get the sliders).  Then Apply and run the Deep RAM Scrub and after that Optimize button.  In the Config settings Deselect the option "Don't Auto Recover Unless CPU is Below XX".  It cured my setup of all texture loss/popping and increases FPS.

You'll notice that you'll get at least an extra 10%-15% RAM and will cure most of the issue that have to do with the memory leaks GTAIV has.

Good luck,
