CompuLite arrest charges disappearing

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I redid my CompuLite arrest charges to align with Arizona's laws and for some reason the arrest charges are not showing up in CompuLite at all, only the citations. Trying to figure out why that is. My charges file from CompuLite is attached.

Hey, I had a look at your charges file and the issue is actually pretty simple.
Most of the charges (especially under Criminal Traffic) are marked with traffic="true".

In CompuLite, anything flagged as traffic="true" is treated as a citation-only offense, not an arrestable charge. Because of that, those charges won’t show up in the arrest list and will only appear under citations.

If you want a charge to be arrestable and show up properly in CompuLite, set traffic="false" or just remove the traffic attribute entirely. Only keep traffic="true" for violations that should be citation-only.

Once you change that and reload CompuLite, the arrest charges should appear normally.
