can somebody give me the link or the name to the mod were you can see what street you are on under your map?

That's a part of els v6 or the dispatch assistance mod

no their is not one out there. You can use the google map mod with street names on the radar

That part will only work with ELS-enabled vehicles.

Even though this was designed for MP, you can use DAS in single player for street names. The only problem is that it may overlap with the ELS street names, so I would suggest downgrading to ELS V5 if you use this.

could it conflict because i use das for my clan but i dont have the das on my screen most of the time, i usually press f5 to minimize it

I usually don't use it for single player, but I can't imagine it having any issues besides overlapping the ELS street display.
