I was just wondering if when LCPDFR 0.95 is released, will there be a list of controls somewhere that people can access. If so where would it be?

if you are talking about the pause menu the button to pause the game is esc....

In game CONTROLS menu is Shift+Tab. Once pressed, it will show up a In-game control list. And then you can press Shift+Tab again to close it out. And by the way, it does not pause the game, the game will still be running whilst the control list are up.
