Do these plugins still work? I've done everything I can think of, and I can't get them to load. I can still go on duty and do everything with the base lspdfr, but it will not let me use the plugins. I don't know what else to do.

and I do have the Rage Native UI dll in the root game folder as well.

Inside the plugins folder, you need to create a folder named LSPDFR. Then place all files except for the LSPD First Response files into that new folder.

 

For future reference, in the plugins folder, plugins that are coded for Rage Plugin Hook are to be installed there. When you launch RPH click the gear icon, and toggle those plugins to run at launch.

BejoIjos mods do not require SHV. As @Joe C Wilsonrightfully stated, the plugins need to be moved into their correct directory. 

Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support.
Please post in the correct location in the future.

Good chance you have an outdated RageNativeUI that comes with those plugins.   Search on Google for the newest one.  The one that comes with those plugins are about a year out of date.
